Edit your own Branded Email Stationery

The stationeryEditor is ideal for companies with 10 or more employees. It becomes a really powerful tool (saving lots of time) for companies which have 100 or more employees as it allows the individual user to create his/her own e-mail stationery by entering their signature details (name & surname, position, contact and address details) and editing these details when needed.

The stationeryEditor uses our pre-set stationery template to ensure brand consistency. Users are only allowed access to the signature fields you want them to be able to change and update.

Basic stationeryEditor:

Allows a user to edit signature detail text.

Advanced stationeryEditor:

Allows a user to edit signature detail text and insert an image into the email stationery template. Ideal for real-estate brokers, financial advisors or any company which would like to put a face behind the email.

The advanced stationeryEditor allows the user to insert an image (in this case a picture of themselves) into the stationery template. This is ideal for any company that would like to put a face behind their email correspondence - for example financial advisors or real estate agents.
