Required material and information:

• Reference and brief:

  Usually all we need is a link to your current website, sample of business card, brochure or any other visual reference material to see how your brand has been applied. If you need something quite specific then we need a detailed brief and visual reference of what you would like.

• Logo:

  To be supplied in the following file formats - Freehand, Illustrator, CorelDraw, scalable EPS or PSD (on transparent background). Should the logo need to be cleaned up or redrawn, an additional cost will be estimated before proceeding with the work.

• Additional artwork:

  To be supplied in a acceptable digital format. License and usage fees will be the responsibility of the client.

• Information:

  Edited and approved copy and signature contact details to be supplied in Microsoft Word.

• HTML Builder

  The base cost includes the HTML Builder V2 program for PC platform and one(1) customised company theme. Licenses included: one(1) company theme and one(1) site license: R 3 800-00
  + Additional | Customised templates:
  

  HTML Builder comes with pre-set templates. Additional pre-set templates can be purchased at a later stage for a set cost as they become available. Customised templates can be created starting at R 1 200-00. The exact cost can be estimated when layout has been set for the custom template.
  + Additional licenses:
  

  Additional company/product themes charged at R 2 800-00 each. The cost includes the setting of the additional theme. Additional site licenses can be purchased at R 1 500-00 per site. All themes purchased by the company can be used at these additional sites.
